How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be shipped and delivered based on the delivery method you chose when you placed your order with us.When your order ships you will receive an email notification. We also encourage you to log into your account to check your shipping status and retrieve your tracking information.We strive to have all of our orders delivered in a timely fashion but for logistics reasons being an online company with various warehouse locations, we are not always able to communicate instantaneously with tracking updates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer promotions for free shipping based on location for most locations within Canada. Some exclusions apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card or PayPal payments. Payment via email transfer is also accepted upon request. Simply email us in advance if you would like to send an etransfer.
Where are you located?
We are based online out of beautiful British Columbia with warehouses in Ontario and Quebec to ship your orders directly to you.
