How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped and delivered based on the delivery method you chose when you placed your order with us.When your order ships you will receive an email notification. We also encourage you to log into your account to check your shipping status and retrieve your tracking information.We strive to have all of our orders delivered in a timely fashion but for logistics reasons being an online company with various warehouse locations, we are not always able to communicate instantaneously with tracking updates.

Hair & Beauty Canada ships anywhere in Canada, USA and worldwide.We offer flat fee shipping rates to make shipping cost less for our shoppers. The best thing about thing about flat rate shipping so no matter how many items you order - -you only pay one low rate! For a simple flat fee, have your orders delivered right to your home or office. To view shipping rates, you may view them as you go through check out before you place your order. Express and priority shipping is available upon your request. Simply select your desired shipping method at check out.

Order delivery times are based on the shipping method you have selected. Options available for most products is 5-10 days and 7-14 days. Once an order is shipped it is out of our control as to when it is delivered.Be mindful that if you choose 14 day delivery, that is when your order will be delivered. Unless you have selected faster options, please be patient while we get your orders ready for you.
