How often should I wash my wig?
You can wear your wig every day. We recommend washing it every 4–5 wears. Browse our selection of Wig Shampoo to keep your wig looking its best.
What's the difference between a human hair wig and a synthetic wig?
Human hair wigs are more realistic, longer-lasting (up to 2 years), and can be coloured or heat-styled. Synthetic wigs come pre-styled, are more affordable, and typically last around 6 months — but cannot be coloured or exposed to heat. The right choice depends on your lifestyle and preferences.

Can I use heat on a synthetic wig?
Standard synthetic wigs should never be exposed to heat, as it can melt or mat the fibres. However, heat-friendly synthetic wigs made from chemically treated kanekalon fibre can safely be styled with curling or straightening irons.
How do I know my wig size?
Most of our wigs feature adjustable straps and fit the majority of head sizes. Standard cap sizes are: Small (21"), Average (22"), and Large (23").

How do I make the lace look natural?
Use a Q-tip or small brush to paint the lace with a foundation that matches your skin tone for the most seamless, realistic hairline.
Why does my human hair wig look flat?
Unlike natural hair, human hair wigs cannot draw moisture from the scalp. This can cause them to appear flat or lifeless over time. Using the right shampoos, conditioners, and styling products — and avoiding excessive heat or chemical treatments — will significantly extend the life and appearance of your wig.
How long can I wear a full lace wig?
Full lace wigs applied with glue can be worn continuously for up to 30 days. You may remove it sooner for washing — it's entirely up to you.
Do you sell stock full lace or lace front wigs?
Yes. Stock full lace wigs are available in lengths from 12" to 22" in the following colours: Black, Medium Brown, Medium Brown with Auburn Highlights, Platinum Blonde, Platinum Blonde with Strawberry Blonde Highlights, and Auburn. Stock wigs ship within 3–5 business days and are special order — please contact us to place your order.
